Helen brings with her a wealth of experience of over 35 years in various business operational areas and industries. She has worked with all levels in local organizations and multinationals in the education and financial services industries. As part of senior management teams, Helen has extensive exposure in corporate strategic business areas, decision making and executive coaching.
Helen’s experience includes human resources, customer servicing, operations, organizational administration and strategic planning where she worked with dynamic teams to set up policies, structures, systems and processes for the various areas in both established and new businesses. She is instrumental in establishing and implementing changes with visible results for the people and organizations she worked with.
Helen has taken the step to move from the corporate career to be a full-time coach-facilitator to pursue her passion in inspiring people to grow, develop and move forward. She has clocked in more than 1500 hours over the past 10 years, coaching senior leaders and executives, to enhance competencies and capabilities, removing roadblocks to move themselves to the next level. She has also mentor-coach to support and guide student coach towards their coach certification. Helen has coached and trained in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Philippines.
Helen aspires to work with individuals to create awareness and learning to empower themselves to make positive holistic changes in their lives, to achieve what they want, at work and in life.
