Victor Yong has more than 25 years of experience as he played various roles in his previous engagements, including head of finance, head of internal audit, certified trainer and entrepreneur in various fields such as multilevel marketing, oil palm plantation, manufacturing,education, retailing and trading. He holds both the Capital Market Services Representative License (CMSRL) and Financial Adviser Representative (FAR) License issued by Securities Commission Malaysia and Bank Negara Malaysia. He is also a Licensed and Certified Financial Planner with UOB Kay Hian Wealth Advisors Sdn Bhd currently.

He has also been involved in boardgame-based financial literacy and franchising training programmes with SEGi College Subang Jaya and iB Netx Sdn Bhd respectively. He is currently also a trainer and shareholder of GProvision Sdn Bhd. GProvision is the leading Gamification-based financial literacy educational institution. He founded DOCR Advisory Services to provide business-related services for entrepreneurs and SMEs. He has expertise in financial planning, financial literacy, franchising, auditing, accounting and finance.
